The large living area is effectively split in to two halves. The 2 and 3-seater sofas provide plenty of comfort for family and friends with the feature wall, which includes an inset contemporary Opti-myst® feature flame fire. One of the sofas also folds out in to an occasional bed, perfect for the wider family and friends. There'a a 40-inch Sony® TV is inset in the ‘chimney breast’. It has a Sky+ connection and HDMI cable included while the Bose® sound system ensures you can play your choice of music through the in-built speakers. Front opening doors lead out on to the large L-shaped decking which includes hot tub and has a gorgeous glass-front overlooking the fishing lakes.

The open-plan lodge ensures the large kitchen is sociable and the perfect area for entertaining friends of spending time with family. It includes integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, grill and microwave, plus the 5-ring, gas hob is on an island which has a magic touch - Just press the button and the extractor slides up out of the worktop! The island doubles up as a breakfast bar with two stools.

There's also a utility room which also houses a free-standing washer/dryer, the perfect space for drying coats, boots and dogs.

The master bedroom is a kingsize with ottoman style lift up bed for additinal storage. There's a walk-in wardrobe and vanity area in this spacious bedroom. The en suite has a freestanding bath and corner shower with thermostatic shower, plus a dual flush WC and wash basin. From the main bedroom there are another set of sliding doors which lead out on to the decking, adding another unique touch.

The guest bedroom is a large twin close to the main bathroom which has corner enclosure with thermostatic shower, dual flush WC with concealed cistern and stylish wash basin. All topped by stylish chrome towel radiators and LED illuminated vanity mirrors which have a demisting pad and infrared sensors.
